DELIVERY CHARGES

Standard UK delivery - £2.95

Guaranteed Overnight (Next WORKING Day) UK Delivery - additional £7.00

Orders must be placed by 12pm in order for them to be despatched the same day by carrier for guaranteed next day delivery. Please check availability by telephoning our office for urgent next day orders.

Saturday Delivery - please telephone on 01492 640 664 to request this service. This service is available on orders placed before 12 Noon on Friday at an additional cost which will vary depending on parcel size and customer location.

Someone will need to be available to sign for the parcel, otherwise a collection card will be left at the delivery address.

Delivery outside UK
Order value £0 - £50.00: £7.50 postage
£50.00 - £150.00: £15.00 postage
£150.00 - £500.00: £29.95 postage
Over £500.00: 7% of order value

Standard European Delivery
Orders must be placed by 12pm in order for them to be despatched the same day by carrier for standard European delivery. Delivery is normally made within 2-5 days of despatch.

Someone will need to be available to sign for the parcel, otherwise a collection card will be left at the delivery address.

Express European Delivery
Orders must be placed by 12pm in order for them to be despatched the same day by carrier for express European delivery. Delivery is normally made within 1-2 days of despatch.

Someone will need to be available to sign for the parcel, otherwise a collection card will be left at the delivery address.

Non European Union Delivery
Orders must be placed by 12pm in order for them to be despatched the same day by carrier for non European delivery. Delivery is normally made within 4-8 days of despatch.

Someone will need to be available to sign for the parcel, otherwise a collection card will be left at the delivery address.

Please ensure that your local customs and excise regulations allow the importation of goods ordered from this site and that you may be required to pay duty. STS North Wales will not be liable for non-delivery of items due to a breach of customs regulations or the non payment of import duty.
